焦煤混配制备铝用炭阳极的研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过系统的实验室研究,制备出性能较为优异的焦煤混配阳极。研究结果表明:随着煤添加量的增大,混配炭阳极中的灰分逐渐增加,真密度下降。炭阳极的导电性受孔隙率的影响较大,添加煤能够使炭阳极孔隙率下降,进而促使炭阳极的电阻率降低;此外,添加适量的煤能够提高炭阳极的抗压强度。随着煤的添加量增加,混配炭阳极的CO_2反应活性趋于增强,而且反应后均易掉渣。混配阳极性能优劣的关键在于控制合适的煤添加量,当煤掺配量在20%以内时,混配炭阳极的主要指标基本达到了炭阳极的应用要求。 In this paper,after system experimental test the mixed carbon anodes with excellent performances had been successfully prepared by a mixture of coal and petroleum coke,the results showed that with the increase of the amount of coal added,the ash content in mixed carbon anode increased gradually and the real density decreased.The electrical conductivity of carbon anode was affected greatly by the porosity,because the addition of coal could reduce the porosity of carbon anode,thereby contributing to a decrease in the resistivity of the carbon anode.In addition,the compressive strength of carbon anode could be improved by adding proper amount of coal.As the amount of coal added increased,the CO 2 gasification reactivity of mixed anodes tends to be enhanced,and the mixed anodes after gasification reaction were easy to slag.The key to the properties of the mixed anode was to control the amount of coal addition,when the amount of coal blending was within 20%,the main indexes of mixed anodes basically met application requirements of carbon anode.
