摘要
随着移动互联网业务与LTE网络的快速发展,视频业务逐渐成为各大运营商继语音业务之后的又一基础业务。而传统的KPI体系无法客观评价视频业务的感知。所以构建了一套以视频为基础的端到端评估体系,并就网络中存在的问题,给出了优化建议。
With the rapid development of mobile Internet and LTE network,video has gradually become another basic business after the voice.The traditional KPI system can not evaluate the perception of video services precisely,so the end-to-end evaluation system based on video is constructed and some optimization suggestions for the existing problems in the network are proposed.
