粮食水分含量三种测定方法的对比分析 被引量:10

Comparative Analysis of Three Methods for Grain Moisture Content

摘要 分别采用直接干燥法、MA100快速水分测定仪以及PM8188-A型水分测定仪对25个梯度水分含量小麦样品进行检测,以直接干燥法检测结果为基准,对三种方法的检测结果进行对比分析。结果表明:两种快速水分测定法的检测结果和直接干燥法检测结果无显著性差异,相关系数分别为0.997 7和0.985 2。三种方法各有优劣,可根据工作需要,区分使用。 25 gradient moisture content wheat samples were tested by direct drying method,MA100 electronic moisture analyzer and PM8188-A moisture analyzer.The direct drying method was used as the benchmark to compare the results of the three methods.The results showed that:there was no significant difference between the results of the two rapid moisture determination methods and the direct drying method,and the correlation coefficients were 0.9977 and 0.9852.Each of the three methods has advantages and disadvantages,can be used according to work needs.
