摘要
教学团队建设是保证高校教学质量、提高教师素质和提升教学能力的重要举措,本文介绍了防灾科技学院资源勘查工程专业教学团队自身的基本现状和发展建设条件,并从专业团队建设的指导思想、建设思路、建设目标、规划内容以及团队建设的保障条件、具体措施等方面,论述了资源勘查工程专业教学团队建设的整体方案。
The construction of teaching team is an important measure to ensure the quality of teaching,improve the quality of teachers and enhance teaching ability.This paper introduced the basic situation and development conditions of the teaching team of Resource Exploration Engineering Major of Institute of Disaster Prevention.And we further discussed the overall scheme of the construction of teaching team of Resource Exploration Engineering Major in the aspects of guiding ideology,construction ideas,construction objectives,planning content,guarantee conditions,specific measures,etc.
