摘要
近年来,在我国各项运动训练中都在加强体能方面的训练,排球运动也不例外。现代排球运动对运动员体能的依赖越来越大,尤其面对如今频繁的排球赛事以及各种商业比赛,体能的好坏已成为影响我国排球运动发展的一个重要因素。对排球运动员的体能进行行之有效的训练是提升排球运动员水平的重要环节。该文通过查阅大量文献资料以及结合多年的排球训练经历,在排球运动员体能训练的相关定义、原则和分类基础上,进一步探讨排球运动员体能训练的方法,提出合理化建议,为我国排球运动进一步发展提供参考。
In recent years,physical training has been strengthened in all kinds of sports training in our countr y.Volleyball is no exception.The modern volleyball relies more and more on physical f itness of athletes,especially in today's frequent volleyball matches and all kinds of volleyball Commercial competition,physical f itness has become an important factor affecting the development of volleyball in China.Effective training of the volleyball player's physical f itness is to improve the level of volleyball players an important part.By referring to a large amount of documents and combining with many years of volleyball training experience,this article further discusses the methods of physical training for volleyball players based on the related def initions,principles and classif ication of volleyball players physical training,a nd puts forward reasonable suggestions to further the development of volleyball in our country for reference.
