摘要
近年我国冠心病的发病率呈上升的趋势,并且死亡率远高于其他疾病。目前冠心病的治疗主要包括药物治疗、经皮冠状动脉介入治疗、冠脉旁路移植治疗等治疗手段。经皮冠状动脉介入术因其创伤较小、血管即时开通率高、并发症相对较少等优点,现在临床上被广泛运用。但与此同时再狭窄、再发心绞痛、甚至再次PCI等术后出现的事件严重影响患者的远期预后。而针对PCI术后的治疗以及并发症的防范,中医药具有依从性好、不良反应少、疗效良好等显著优势。故对中医药在冠心病PCI术后的应用进行论述。
In recent years,the incidence of coronary heart disease in China is increasing,and mortality of the disease is much higher than other diseases.At present,the coronary heart disease was mainly treated with medical treatment,percutaneous coronary intervention,coronary artery bypass grafting and other treatment methods.Percutaneous coronary intervention is widely applied in clinic because of small trauma,high blood vessel opening rate and relatively few complications.But after the operation,restenosis,angina pectoris and PCI seriously affect the long-term prognosis of patients.TCM medicine shows good compliance,fewer adverse reactions and good curative effects on PCI and complication after coronary heart disease.Therefore,the application of treating complication of coronary heart disease after PCI with TCM medicine is discussed.
