摘要
目的研究早期康复措施对于急性脑梗死患者肢体障碍和语言障碍的影响。方法本研究采用分组对照方法进行研究,研究时间为2017年1月—2018年1月,选择80例患者进行分组对照,将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组均为40例,对照组患者采用常规的干预方法进行干预,观察组患者选择采用早期康复治疗进行干预,对于观察组和对照组两组患者的肢体功能改善和语言功能改善情况进行比较。结果对于本研究所有患者干预前后的肢体功能评分和语言功能评分进行评价,两组患者干预之前差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;干预结束以后,观察组明显比对照组更优,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论临床对于急性脑梗死患者采用早期康复治疗可以有效的改善患者的肢体功能和语言功能。
Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation measures on limb disorders and speech disorders in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods The study was performed using a grouping control method.The study time was from January 2017 to January 2018.80 patients were selected for group control.Patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional interventions,and patients in the control group were treated with early rehabilitation.Interventions were performed to compare the improvement of the limb function and language function between the observation group and the control group.Results Before and after the intervention,all the patients were assessed for limb function scores and language function scores.There was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention,P>0.05.After the intervention,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical application of early rehabilitation in patients with acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the patient's limb function and language function.
