摘要
金华市传统村落旅游开发有着非常多的有利条件,目前已取得了不错的成绩,但也存在经济效益低、管理松弛、恶性竞争、没有品牌和开发方向不明确等问题。探讨金华市传统村落的旅游开发,以山头下古村为例,通过文献研究和实地研究,认为山头下古村旅游要以古建筑、文化、休闲为旅游开发方向;同时,强调古村在旅游开发时,应遵循对古村的保护原则,再通过多方努力、多项措施、旅游项目内增外扩,打造"家+"模式,建设品牌,规范经营,来促进传统村落的旅游发展。
The development of traditional village tourism in Jinhua has enjoyed many favorable conditions,and good results have been achieved.However,there are still many problems,such as low economic benefit,loose management,vicious competition,no brand and unclear development direction.Taking Shantouxia village as a case,this paper discusses how to develop tourism in traditional villages in Jinhua.Through literature research and field research,it is proposed that ancient village tourism should aim at the development of ancient buildings,culture and leisure.At the same time,it is emphasized that the ancient villages should adhere to the protection principle in the development of tourism.In addition,it is necessary to promote the tourism development of the traditional villages through many efforts and many measures,such as increasing the number of tourism projects,“Home+”mode,brand building and standardization operation.
