摘要
目的观察等离子电灼联合膀胱灌注透明质酸钠对放射性膀胱炎患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法 17例放射性膀胱炎患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(8例)和研讨组(9例)。两组均采用膀胱灌注透明质酸钠进行治疗,研讨组联合等离子电灼术进行治疗,对两组患者的临床效果及不良反应发生情况进行观察比较。结果研讨组患者的总有效率100.00%明显高于对照组的62.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研讨组患者的不良反应发生率22.22%低于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在放射性膀胱炎患者治疗中应用等离子电灼联合膀胱灌注透明质酸钠进行治疗的效果显著,临床效果较高且出现不良反应的情况较少,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of plasma cauterization combined with sodium hyaluronate instillation in the treatment of radiocystitis.Methods A total of 17 patients with radiocystitis were divided into control group for 8 cases and discussion group for 9 cases according to different methods of treatment.The two groups were treated by intravesical instillation of sodium hyaluronate,on this basis,the discussion group was treated with plasma cauterization.The clinical effect and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the discussion group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 62.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the discussion group was 22.22%,which was significantly lower than 75.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of radiocystitis,plasma cauterization combined with intravesical instillation of sodium hyaluronate is effective.The clinical effect is higher and the adverse reaction is less,and it has high clinical values.
