摘要
医院信息化的建设促使医疗设备的联网日益普遍。该文通过对某医院联网医疗设备的基线调查,了解联网医疗设备的现状,阐述该院目前关于联网医疗设备安全管理的状态。结合ISO 80001标准(医疗设备集成IT网络的风险管理应用),探讨对于联网医疗设备安全管理的措施,借鉴MDS2(关于医疗设备安全的制造商披露申明)向临床医学工程师提出联网医疗设备网络安全管理的新建议。
With the continuous improvement and wide application of hospital information,more and more medical equipment is integrated into the hospital information systems,which brings new work contents and challenges for the traditional clinical engineers.This paper reviews and evaluates the current situation of networked medical equipment in the hospital.By applying the ISO 80001 and the MDS2(Manufacturer Disclosore Statement for Medical Device Security),the paper puts forward the measures and suggestions for the security management of networked medical equipment.
