二氧化碳在转炉中的资源化利用及在京唐钢厂的应用前景

摘要 介绍了CO2应用于转炉炼钢的预期冶金效果,以及首钢京唐300t脱磷转炉顶底混合喷吹CO2的工业试验效果。试验结果表明:喷吹CO2有利于脱磷保碳,脱磷率提高6.99%,脱碳率降低0.75%,磷的分配系数LP提高32,渣中TFe质量分数降低0.64%。为促进CO2资源化利用及减排,同时解决现有300t脱磷转炉脱磷工艺存在的问题,京唐公司拟建设冶金过程CO2资源化利用产业化技术示范工程,年制备5万tCO2,用于300t脱磷转炉。 This paper introduces the expected metallurgical effect in the application of CO2 in converter steelmaking,and the industrial test effect of mixing injection CO2 at the top and bottom of Jingtang 300 t dephosphorization converter.The test results show that the injection of CO2 is advantageous to dephosphorization and keeping carbon,the dephosphorization rate increases by 6.99%,the decarburization rate decreases by 0.75%,the distribution coefficient of phosphorus(LP)improves 32,mass fraction of TFe(%ω)in slag reduces by 0.64%.To promote the resource utilization and emissions reduction of CO2 and simultaneously solve existing dephosphorization process problems of 300 t dephosphorization converter,Jingtang intends to build industrialization technology demonstration project of CO2resource utilization in the metallurgical process,its annual capacity of 50000 tons CO2 used for 300 t dephosphorization converter.
