摘要
党的十九大报告提出"中国特色社会主义进入了新时代"。在新时代,实施健康中国战略,促进医学科技创新发展,保障人民健康,实现全面建成小康社会和社会主义现代化,高层次的医学专业人才是关键,而在高层次医学人才培养过程中,党建和思想政治教育则贯穿人才培养全过程,具有极其重要和不可替代的作用。为此,加强高校高层次医学人才的党建与思想政治工作具有重要的使命意义和现实意义。本文在对高校高层次医学人才的党建与思想政治工作相关情况调研基础上,梳理出当前在高层次医学人才培养和管理中普遍存在的问题和不足,进行客观分析,提出对策建议。
