摘要
目的探讨Z2矫治器治疗错牙合畸形的疗效。方法选取医院2010年至2016年口腔科就诊各型错牙合畸形患者98例,均采用Z2直丝弓矫治器进行固定矫治。用目测法常规粘结托槽,按照Z2直丝弓矫治器设计、推荐步骤使用弓丝。严重拥挤病例、个别牙成角阻力较大者,初始弓丝选用0.012吋镍钛丝。换至0.019×0.025吋镍钛丝时开始进行转矩控制。关闭间隙阶段,在使用0.019×0.025时不锈钢丝2个月后,开始加力,采用一次性滑动法关闭间隙。结果应用Z2矫治器完成病例,因其设计上采用中国人牙齿测量数据,矫治过程中没有在尖牙和第一磨牙位做外展补偿曲。其预置3个序列弯曲以及轴倾角、转矩角、磨牙补偿角等设计以及持续轻力,使矫治目标能得到充分表达。结论Z2矫治器因其设计数据源于中国人测量结果,可有效规避欧美矫治器在治疗中需不断弯制,调整不利于中国人面部、颌骨、牙齿、牙弓形态等方面影响,减少椅旁操作时间,提高矫治质量,是更适合中国人的直丝弓矫治器。
Objective To summarize the application experience for the use of Z2 appliance in orthodontic patients.Method Totally 98 cases of orthodontic patients in our department of stomatology from 2010 to 2016 were selected.Brackets were installed by visual method,and use archwires according to the design of Z2 appliance.The 0.012 NT arch was used as the initial selection for those cases with serious crowd or angle resistance tooth.And we started control the torque as soon as the using of the 0.019×0.025 NT arch wire.In space closing stage,0.019×0.025 stainless steel archwire were installed to close the space by sliding mechanics.Results It was without additional compensation in canines and first molars in the fine-adjustment phase for the Z2 appliance was designed for the Chinese orthodontics.The pre-adjusted appliance and continued light force make the object get full expressing and improve the clinical quality.Conclusion It was showed that the Z2 appliance was more consistent for Chinese orthodontic patients for the prescription of the appliance is based on Chinese normal occlusion.Z2 appliance showed that with minimal wire bending is more efficient and the result is high quality and more consistent for Chinese orthodontic patients than Europe and West appliance.
