摘要
目的探讨在重症紫癜性肾炎患儿中联合应用玉屏风颗粒和双重冲击疗法的作用。方法将82例重症紫癜性肾炎患儿分为冲击组和联合组,分别给予双重冲击疗法、玉屏风颗粒联合双重冲击疗法。对比治疗前后相关指标变化、有效性和安全性。结果治疗后两组m Alb、Scr、BUN和U-TP水平均较治疗前降低,且治疗后联合组水平均低于冲击组,本组内治疗前后和两组间治疗后水平对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗效果分布比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且联合组临床获益率远高于冲击组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义。结论对重症紫癜性肾炎患儿采用玉屏风颗粒联合双重冲击疗法能够显著改善肾功能,增强疗效,且并不会显著增加不良反应。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Yupingfeng granules combined with double impact therapy in children with severe purpura nephritis.Methods 82 cases ofchildren with severe purpura nephritis were divided into the impact group and the combination group,which were treated with double impact therapy,Yupingfeng granules combined with double impact therapy.The changes of related indexes before and after treatment,effectiveness and safety were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of mAlb,Scr,BUN and U-TP in the 2 groups were all lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the combination group were lower than those in the impact group after treatment.There were significant differences in the levels comparison between the 2 groups after treatment and before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the distribution of treatment effect between the 2 groups(P<0.05),and the clinical benefit rate of the combination group was much higher than that in the shock group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the 2 groups of adverse reactions.Conclusion For children with severe purpura nephritis,Yupingfeng granules combined with double pulse therapy can significantly improve renal function and enhance curative effect,and it will not significantly increase adverse reactions.
