摘要
以水溶性环氧树脂为基体树脂,配以一种二胺类固化剂CA-30,纳米钛酸钡为无机填料,制备水溶性环氧半无机硅钢片漆,通过分析硅钢片漆的凝胶化时间、力学性能、电学性能,确定当固化剂量为6%、BaTiO_3用量为10%时,水溶性环氧半无机硅钢片漆的性能最佳,为拉伸剪切强度达31.4 MPa,介电常数2.4,附着性达到I级,表观活化能为113.0 kJ/mol。
Using water-soluble epoxy resin as matrix resin,CA-30 as curing agent,nano-BaTiO3 as inorganic filler,a water-soluble epoxy semi-inorganic silicon steel sheet varnish was prepared,and the coating electrical,mechanical performance and gelatin time were also analyzed to check the effect of the content of curing agent and inorganic filler.The results show that when the mass fraction of CA-30 is 6%of the matrix resin and the mass fraction of nano-BaTiO3 is 10%of the matrix resin,the water-soluble semi-inorganic silicon steel sheet varnish has excellent properties,and its tensile shear strength is 31.4 MPa,the dielectric constant is 2.4,and the adhesion attain grade is I,apparent activation energy can reach 113.0 kJ/mol.
