摘要
目的分析长期住院高龄老干部存在的饮食安全问题,探讨饮食安全对策,以期提升其住院安全性及生活质量。方法选取我院离休老干部病房2016年1—7月收治的长期住院高龄老干部126例设为对照组,给予其传统护理模式。选取2016年8月至2017年2月收治的长期住院高龄老干部126例设为观察组,对其实施责任制整体护理模式护理,观察并比较两组患者饮食不良事件发生情况、护理满意情况、影响饮食安全相关因素发生率。结果观察组饮食安全不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),对饮食护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),影响饮食安全相关因素发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论责任制整体护理模式可有效提升长期住院高龄老干部患者的饮食安全,提升其对饮食护理的满意度,避免因饮食护理风险给患者带来的一系列不利反应,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective To explored dietary safety measurement and improved the safety and life quality of the long-term hospitalized senior cadres by analyzing their dietary safety problems.Methods To observed and compared the status of incidence of dietary adverse occurrence,satisfaction with nursing work,and incidence of factors related to dietary safety,126 cases of long-term hospitalized elderly cadres admitted to the retired cadre ward in our hospital from January to July 2016 were sampled as control group,and adopted traditional nursing mode.While 126 cases of long-term hospitalized elderly cadres admitted from August 2016 to February 2017 were sampled as study group,and adopted the responsibility system holistic nursing mode.Results The incidence of dietary adverse occurrence in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction with the nursing work was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of factors related to dietary safety was evidently lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The responsibility system holistic nursing mode could effectively improve the dietary safety and satisfaction with the nursing of the long-term hospitalized elderly cadres,which could avoid serial adverse reactions due to dietary safety risks.
