摘要
目的探析县级医院院内感染现状并提出管理对策,评价管理措施对感染情况的影响。方法选取我院于2017年3月—2018年3月收治的180例患者作为研究对象。根据入组时间编号并随机平均分为研究组、对照组。对照组接受普通护理管理,研究组接受细节护理管理,比较两组患者采用不同方式护理后的感染发生情况以及护理满意度。结果两组患者接受不同方式护理后,均存在一定程度的感染情况,其中研究组患者的感染率(2.22%)低于对照组患者(10.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),感染发生率最高的科室为呼吸内科。研究组患者护理满意度(96.67%)高于对照组患者(86.67%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论县级医院院内感染率以呼吸内科相对最高,产房、急诊科等科室也均存一定程度的感染情况,通过细节护理管理可有效降低院内感染,从而提高护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the status of nosocomial infection in county hospitals and put forward management countermeasures to evaluate the effect of management measures on infection.Methods 180 patients who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the time of enrollment.The control group received general nursing management,and the study group received detailed nursing management,the incidence of infection and nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients after nursing in different ways was compared.Results After two groups of patients received different methods of nursing,there was a certain degree of infection,in which the infection rate of the study group(2.22%)was significantly lower than the control group(10.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The department with the highest incidence of infection was respiratory medicine.The satisfaction rate of patient care in the study group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The infection rate in hospitals in county hospitals is relatively highest in respiratory medicine.The maternity and emergency departments also have certain degree of infection.Through detailed nursing management,hospital infections can be effectively reduced,thus improving nursing satisfaction.
