摘要
分析了兰炭焦油渣的来源及处理现状,介绍了焦油渣处理工艺,指出兰炭焦油渣现行处理方法未从根本上解决焦油渣的环境污染问题。通过对焦化行业焦油渣处理方法的分析,结合某兰炭企业焦油渣资源化回炉工程实践,提出兰炭焦油渣的处理应借鉴焦化行业的做法,立足于兰炭企业,通过型煤回炉或混合回炉方式处理,以实现回收资源、消除污染。
In the paper,the present situation of the production and treatment of the tar residue of semi-coke were analyzed,explaining the tar residue treatment process.It was pointed out that the current treatment method of the tar residue had not fundamentally solved the environmental pollution of the tar residue.By analyzing the treatment methods of tar residue in coking industry,combined with the research on the technology of tar residue recycling furnace of one semi-coke enterprise,it was suggested that the semi-coke tar residue treatment should learn from the practice of coking industry.Based on the semi-coke enterprise,the treatment was made through coal briquette meltdown or mixed recycling,so as to achieve resource utilization and pollution elimination.
