摘要
我国是农业大国,解决三农问题,使农民脱离贫困一直是国家经济发展的重中之重。习近平总书记在十九大报告中提出实行乡村振兴计划,农民富起来之后,养老问题也要紧跟着解决。这关系到我国农村全面实现小康社会,农民脱贫的目标能否实现,同时也是乡村振兴计划中需要重点落实的一个方面。
China is a big country in agriculture.Solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and peasants out of poverty have always been the top priority of the country's economic development.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress the implementation of the rural revitalization plan.After the peasants get rich,the pension problem must also be solved.This is related to the realization of a well-to-do society in rural areas in China and whether the goal of peasants lifting themselves out of poverty can be achieved.It is also an aspect that needs to be implemented in the rural revitalization plan.
