摘要
高校搬迁新校区之后,学生工作会因校区的变化遇到新的难题。大学生接纳和融入新环境需要一个过程,有时会导致他们的认同感及归宿意识的降低,产生失望、失落、失意的情绪。这就要求高校学生工作者从新的实际出发,注重时效性,增强主动性,提高针对性,加强互动性,以爱育爱,构建以学生为中心的学生工作信息管理平台,倡导以学生为主体的校园活动,建设具有新校区特色的校园文化,积极支持学生创新创业,促进学生工作的不断创新。
With the change of the campus environment in the new campus,the college students'work faces new problems.The college students have a strong resistance to the new campus,difficult to accept and integrate into the new environment,and the sense of identity and home is low,which leads to disappointment,loss and disappointment.This requires that the student work of the new campus should start from the new reality,pay attention to the timeliness,enhance the initiative,improve the pertinence,strengthen the interaction,and build the student centered information management system,advocate the student centered campus activities,build the special campus culture of the new campus,and actively support the students'creation.New entrepreneurship,in the inheritance of innovation in the work of students.
