摘要
建筑工程项目在管理过程中的一些弊端和不确定性因素,导致项目实施过程中存在不可避免的风险。因此,加强项目风险管理,降低项目的风险成本,是项目管理的重要内容。文章分析了建筑工程项目风险管理的现状和问题,并提出风险控制的应对措施。
Some drawbacks and uncertainties in the management process of construction projects lead to unavoidable risks in the implementation process.Therefore,it is an important content of project management to strengthen project risk management and reduce project risk cost.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of construction project risk management,and puts forward the countermeasures of risk control.
