摘要 火焰温度是燃烧过程的重要指标。为实现火焰温度的实时动态测量,设计一套基于ARM的火焰温度图像测量系统,其中包括图像采集与处理电路,并在此基础上开发相关软件,可实现火焰图像的采集、图像的预处理分析,最终获得二维火焰图像温度分布、最高温度、平均温度等参数,并可以在自带触摸屏上实现人机交互。为提高系统测量精度,在该系统中加入一套双光路成像系统,从而使每条光路实现单波长的光能成像。实验结果表明:该系统能实时准确地进行二维火焰温度的测量,采样频率最高30张/s,同时系统具有稳定性好、功耗和成本低等优点,可以大量应用到各类对温度监测响应要求较快的火焰监控现场。 Flame temperature is an important indicator of the combustion process.A set of flame temperature image measurement system based on ARM is designed to achieve real-time dynamic measurement of flame temperature,including the image acquisition and processing circuit.On this basis,relevant software has been developed to realize flame image acquisition,image preprocessing analysis,and ultimately get parameters such as two-dimensional flame image temperature distribution,the maximum temperature and the average temperature,and it also can achieve man-machine interaction on the built-in touch screen.In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the system,a dual optical imaging system has been added to the system,so that each optical path can realize single-wavelength optical energy imaging.The experimental result shows that the system can measure the two-dimensional flame temperature accurately in real time with the sampling frequency of 30 images per second.Meanwhile,the system has several advantages,including good stability,low power consumption and low cost,and can be widely applied to various flame monitoring sites which have the requirements of fast response to temperature monitoring.
