摘要
面向国家低空空域的开放趋势,针对重大安保活动对于防范和处置低慢小目标干扰和破坏的需求,上海天文台研制了一套快速搜索发现空中低慢小目标的光电系统。利用该系统获取目标位置之后,利用二维监控平台,在VC++集成开发环境中基于Hikvision SDK和Open CV开发了对低慢小目标的追踪、拍摄系统软件。软件实现了云台控制、视频播放、实时跟踪、变焦拍摄及目标测距的功能。在天气晴好的条件下,可以对300 m处的大小为300 mm×300 mm×200 mm无人机目标进行有效跟踪拍摄,为低慢小目标的甄别与查证提供了有效手段。
Shanghai astronomical observatory has developed a system to search and detect low slow small targets in low airspace.After the system worked out the target location,use a two-dimensional monitoring platform.In the VC++integrated development environment,based on Hikvision SDK and OpenCV developed low slow small target tracking and filming system software.The software realizes the control of PTZ,video display,real-time tracking,zoom shooting and measure the distance of the target.In the case of atmospheric transparency is good,it can effectively track unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)in size of 300mm×300mm×200mm in 300 meters,and it provides an effective mean to identifying and verifying low slow small targets.
