摘要
为研究轨道横向不平顺对无缝线路变形的影响,建立三维轨道框架非线性有限元模型,计算轨道框架处于内外轨温差、单轨单节点轨向不平顺、单轨双节点轨向不平顺、双轨双节点轨向不平顺等不同工况条件下的钢轨节点位移,分析轨道横向不平顺与轨道框架稳定性之间的关系。分析结果表明,当钢轨发生单轨双节点同向偏移时,钢轨节点位移变化最显著。在线路养护维修中应注意轨道的横向不平顺,特别是同侧钢轨发生2次同向不平顺。
In order to study the inf luence of track lateral irregularity on the continuous welded rail(CWR)deformation,a nonlinear finite element model of 3D track frame was established,and the rail node displacement was calculated when the track frame was transversely dislocated.The relationship between track lateral irregularity and track frame stability was analyzed.The study was under different conditions,such as temperature difference between internal and external rails,monorail single node rail irregularity,monorail dual nodes rail irregularity,dual rails dual nodes rail irregularity,etc.The results show that the change of rail node displacement is most remarkable when the two nodes of the same side move in the same direction.In the maintenance of track,the lateral irregularity of track should be paid special attention,especially,two times of the same direction irregularity occurring on the same rail.
