摘要
中央政治学校附设蒙藏学校是民国时期在首都南京创办的一所为蒙藏与边疆地区培养人才的专门学校,其前身为1928年12月中央政治学校开设的蒙藏及华侨特别班。1930年12月,由于中央大学蒙藏班缓办,蒙藏学生的转入而成立蒙藏班。1932年8月,因中央大学蒙藏班的停办、东北蒙旗学校学生失学严重、北平蒙藏学校学生升学困难,中央政治学校开始扩充蒙藏班。1933年2月,蒙藏委员会开办的南京蒙藏学校因经费问题筹而未设,中央政治学校以此为契机改蒙藏班为蒙藏学校。中央政治学校附设蒙藏学校的创办,是南京国民政府初期,面对内外纷争叠加的多事之秋,教育经费长期拖欠,社会对蒙藏教育认识不足,从而导致蒙藏教育难以推进之际蒙藏委员会积极斡旋的结果,也由此开启了民国时期不同组织与机构举办蒙藏教育的新格局。
The Mongolian-Tibetan School attached to Central Political School was a special school which was founded in the capital city,Nanjing,during the period of the Republic of China for cultivating talents for Mongolia,Tibet and other minority nationalities in the border areas of China.The school grew out of the special class for Mongolian,Tibetan students and Chinese expatriates,which was opened in December 1928 by Central Political School.In December 1930,the students transferred to the Mongolian-Tibetan Class opened by Central University.In June 1932,Central Political School began to expand the Mongolian-Tibetan class due to the difficulties of the students in the Mongolian-Tibetan School in Peiping to get further education,the serious dropout of the students in the northeastern Mongolian schools,and the closure of the Mongolian-Tibetan Class by Central University.In February 1933,Central Political School replaced the Mongolian-Tibetan Class to the Mongolian-Tibetan School.The establishment of the Mongolian-Tibetan School by Central Political School was the outcome of the efforts made by the Mongolian and Tibetan Committee in the early period of Nanjing National Government.
