摘要
习近平精准扶贫思想是全面建成小康社会阶段治理贫困的指导性思想,是中国特色社会主义扶贫开发理论在扶贫攻坚阶段的发展延续。习近平同志高度重视西藏的扶贫开发工作,采取了一系列切实有效的措施,推进了西藏的扶贫工作。文章分析了西藏扶贫工作的现状、成就和存在的问题,从习近平精准扶贫思想的西藏把握、原则思考和六个关系处理等方面探讨了新时期西藏在习近平扶贫思想的指引下,如何走出一条符合本地实际、摆脱贫困、走向共同富裕的康庄大道问题。
XI Jin-ping's thought on targeted poverty alleviation is the guiding thought of poverty alleviation in the stage of building a well-off society in China,and it is also the continuation and development of the poverty alleviation theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.XI Jin-ping attaches great importance to the development of poverty alleviation in Tibet,and has taken a series of practical and effective measures to promote poverty alleviation in Tibet.This article analyzes the present situation,achievements and problems of poverty alleviation in Tibet,and the practice of Xi Jinping's thought on targeted poverty alleviation in Tibet,and then discusses how Tibet should find a proper way to reduce poverty with the guidance of XI Jin-ping's thought on poverty alleviation so as to achieve common prosperity.
