大断面车站双侧壁导坑法核心土直立开挖安全宽度的确定 被引量:3

Determination of Core Soil's Vertical Excavation Safe Width for a Large Section Tunnel Using the Double-side-drift Method

摘要 重庆轨道交通10号线红土地站、鲤鱼池站属大断面地铁车站,采用双侧壁导坑法开挖。为提高可操作性和加快施工进度,核心土直立开挖在本工程中被首次采用。应用Ansys10.0对隧道开挖分两步(核心土解除前后)进行有限元模拟分析,根据分析结果并考虑到加快施工进度,确定出直立核心土的经济、安全宽度为6 m,同时建议核心土墙脚处、与上部岩层交接处应采取加固措施,以保证隧道开挖安全。 The Hongtudi station and Liyuchi station of Chongqing Metro Line No.10 are large section subway stations and the double-side-drift method is used to excavate them.In order to improve the operability and speed up the construction,the vertical excavation of the core soil side wall was first used,different from the traditional curve excavation.Ansys10.0 was used to conduct finite element simulation analysis on the tunnel two-step excavation(pre and post the removal of the core soil),the economical and safe width of the vertical core soil was determined to be 6 m according to the analysis results,and meanwhile the appropriate engineering measures have been taken in the excavation of the tunnel to ensure the safety of the tunnel excavation.
