摘要
真空辅助树脂灌注工艺是风电叶片成型的关键技术之一,由于具有低成本、制品性能好、环境友好等独特的优势,该工艺已广泛应用于各种类型风电叶片的生产。在实际生产中,季节性的温湿度变化对真空辅助树脂灌注工艺的基体树脂、增强材料、真空度、导流体系铺设等关键因素影响比较明显,进而会影响到风电叶片的灌注质量及生产周期。通过合理组织生产,增加外界辅助设施,不仅可以做到降低制造叶片的能耗成本,而且还可以适时高质量地快速产出叶片。
Vacuum assisted resin infusion process is one of the key technology of wind-power blades forming.Since it has low cost,good products performance,environmental friendly and other unique advantages,it has been widely applied to the production of all types of wind-power blades.In actual production,the seasonal temperature and humidity on the vacuum assisted resin infusion process of matrix resin,reinforced material,vacuum degree,diversion system laid clear key factors,such as wind-power blades,in turn,will affect the quality of filling and production cycle.Through flexible and reasonable organization production,increase the auxiliary facilities,not only can reduce the manufacturing cost of energy consumption of the blade,but also increase the timely output of high quality leaves.
