摘要
广富集团2号450m^3高炉通过强化入炉原燃料质量管理,采取提高炉顶压力、装料制度调整、强化渣铁排放管理、提高风温、增加富氧等措施,确保了风量和喷吹煤粉量增加后的炉况稳定顺行,实现了增产降耗生产。
Increasing production and reducing consumption are achieved in No.2 450 m3 BF of Shandong Guangfu Group Corporation,by taking measures such as strengthening quality management of raw materials and fuel,increasing top gas pressure,adjusting charging system,strengthening iron and slag emission,increasing hot air temperature and oxygen enrichment ratio.
