摘要
寒冷地区的冬夏两季时间长且差异大,光热联动和昼夜温差大的特征显著,以西安高层办公建筑标准层为研究对象。办公楼可分为使用空间和辅助空间两大部分,辅助空间布置在建筑中央是最常见的,以辅助空间的朝向(中央、东、南、西、北)为变量,发现辅助空间位于西侧能耗最低,位于中央能耗最高。在中央型布局中,以单间的两种布局(中央或周边)和人员密度(单间办公室或会议室)为变量,模拟结果显示单间作为办公室比会议室能耗低,紧邻围护结构周边布置比位于建筑中央更节能。说明人员密度越低能耗越低,利用环境资源的被动设计可降低能耗。设置在中央的单间虽室内产热量大采暖能耗降低,但制冷能耗涨幅大且在总能耗中占比最大,因此单间位于中央的能耗大。
The length of winter and summer in cold climate region is long and their difference is large.Photothermal performance and the differences in temperature between day and night are outstanding.The paper takes the standard floor layout of high-rise office building in Xi anas the research object.Office buildings can be divided into two parts,the use space and the auxiliary space.The auxiliary space arranged in the center of the building is the most common.With auxiliary space orientation(center,south,east,west,north)as a variable,the result shows that the energy consumption of west auxiliary space is lowest,and that of center is the highest.In the central type layout,with two layouts(central or peripheral)and occupants density(private office or conference room)of the separate room as the variable,the simulation result shows that the separate rooms as office spend lower energy consumption than that as conference rooms,surrounding layout close to the envelophas lower energy consumption than the central.It shows that the lower occupants density is,the lower energy consumption is,and energy consumption can be reduced if the passive design of environmental resources is used.The separate room located in the center has large indoor heat production and low heating energy consumption,but its cooling energy consumption increases larger and takes the biggest proportion in total energy consumption.Therefore,energy consumption of separate room located in the center is large.
