摘要
目的分析综合护理应用在手术室外科伤口感染预防中的临床效果。方法选取2016年10月～2018年1月于本院实施外科手术的120例患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分成两组,一组采用常规护理,为常规组,另一组采用综合护理,为实验组,分析两组患者伤口感染的预防效果和护理效果。结果实验组患者伤口感染的发生率为3.33%(2例),明显低于常规组的16.67%(10例)(P<0.05);实验组伤口甲级愈合、乙级愈合和丙级愈合占比数据与常规组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组非常满意41例,满意15例,常规组非常满意22例,满意25例,实验组患者对护理的满意度为93.33%(56例),高于常规组的78.33%(47例)(P<0.05)。结论手术外科伤口采用综合护理干预措施可降低感染的发生率,并促进伤口愈合,提高患者的护理满意度,使患者伤口感染的引发因素得到控制,可在外科手术伤口感染护理中推广使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing application on prevention of operation surgical wound infection.Methods 120 patients undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital from October 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.One group treated with regular nursing was named conventional group,while the other one treated with comprehensive nursing was named experimental group.The preventive effect and nursing effect of wound infection were compared between two groups.Results The incidence rate of wound infection in experimental group was 3.33%(21 cases),which was significantly lower than the conventional group at 16.67%(10 cases)(P<0.05).The class-A,class-B and class-C healing rate in the experimental group were compared with the conventional group,the differeces were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,41 cases were very satisfied and 15 cases were satisfied,while in the conventional group,22 cases were very satisfied and 25 cases were satisfied.The satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group was 93.33%(56 cases),which was higher than that in the conventional group at 78.33%(47 cases)(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of infection,promote the healing of the wound,improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,and control the cause of the wound infection,deserving popularization in the surgical wound infection nursing.
