摘要
瓦斯抽采是消除煤与瓦斯突出事故的有效方法,能否高效地将瓦斯从煤层中抽出存在极强的技术性,这与煤层的特性和抽采手段都有很大的关系,根本原因是由煤层的透气性大小所决定的。针对矿井瓦斯抽采浓度低、流量小、效果差的问题,工程技术人员做了大量的工作,若能得出煤层的透气性系数,就能从根本上找出瓦斯抽采效果偏低的原因。运用周世宁院士提出的径向不稳定流动理论原理在杨河煤业31131工作面底抽巷进行煤层瓦斯含量、瓦斯压力及流量测定,采取试算法最后测定出了矿井的煤层透气性系数。煤层透气性系数的测定对于瓦斯抽采设计、煤与瓦斯突出危险性预测、瓦斯抽采效果评价等具有重要作用,对矿井安全生产具有重要意义。
Gas extraction was an effective method to eliminate coal and gas outburst.It was very important to extract gas from coal seams efficiently,which was closely related to the characteristics of coal seam and the means of extraction.The fundamental reason was the gas permeability of coal seam.In view of the low concentration of coal mine gas extraction,small flow and poor effect,engineering technicians have done a lot of work.If we could got the permeability coefficient of coal seam,we coud found out the reasons why the effect of gas extraction was low.Using the theory of radial unsteady flow proposed by academician Zhou Shining,the coal seam gas content,gas pressure and flow rate were measured at the bottom of the 31131 working face of Yanghe Coal.Finally,the permeability coefficient of the coal seam was determined by the test algorithm.The determination of the permeability coefficient of coal seams plays an important role in gas extraction design,coal and gas outburst risk prediction,gas extraction effect evaluation and so on.It is of great significance for mine safety production.
