摘要
往复式压缩机是天然气处理厂的核心设备,而气阀又是往复式压缩机的重要部件,气体通过气阀完成吸气、排气工作,气阀的运行状况直接影响机组的工作效率,进而影响压缩机组的能耗。本文通过分析近3年来天然气分公司北I-1油气处理厂4台往复式压缩机组气阀的运行状况,采取措施及方法,使单台压缩机组能耗下降约67 k W/h,4台机组节约268 k W/h,年节约费用约136.68万元。研究内容在天然气处理厂中有较高的应用价值。
The reciprocating compressor is the core equipment of the natural gas treatment plant,and the gas valve is an important part of the reciprocating compressor.The gas is inhaled and discharged through the gas valve.This paper analyzes the operation status of the gas valves of four reciprocating compressor units in the north i-1 oil and gas treatment plant of the natural gas branch in recent 3 years,and adopts measures and methods to reduce the energy consumption of a single compressor unit by about 67 kW/h,save 268 kW/h for four units and save about 1.3668 million yuan in annual cost.The research content has high application value in gas treatment plant.
