摘要
从理念、住宿模式、育人机制、书院课程、管理体系五个方面介绍了现代书院制人才培养模式,其实质是文化育人,机制是通过学院与书院协同育人作用产生级联放大效应,分析和探讨现代书院制人才培养模式的实践和作用,从基于学科体系建立的现代书院制构成模式、基于宿区团支部的学生自主管理模式和基于专业、行业、企业"知行合一"的通识教育课程三个方面的创新性进行了阐述。
This paper introduces modern Shuyuan academy(academy of classical learning)as a new talent cultivation mode whose fundamental essence is to cultivate talents through cultural approaches.The introduction includes its concept,accommodation mode,cultivation mechanism,curriculum and management system.Its main practice is a collaboration between each school and the academy.The paper introduces the implementation and value of modern Shuyuan academy from three aspects:its composition mode,student’s self-management mode at their dormitory and general education based on“Knowledge&Practice Integration”.Modern Shuyuan academy is a talent cultivation mode with distinct characteristics of vocational education.
