摘要
目的:探究孕期体重管理与新生儿体重的相关性。方法:选择2016年12月-2017年4月本院接受孕期体重管理的300例孕妇作为本次研究的观察组,选择同时期来本院接受孕检且未实施孕期体重管理的另外210例孕妇作为对照组。对两组孕妇均进行持续随访,观察其分娩后新生儿体重,并分析孕期体重管理与新生儿体重的关系。结果:观察组孕妇的体重增长更加合理;剖宫产率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=31.878,P<0.05);新生儿体重评价优于对照组,即正常出生体重的新生儿比例为98.00%,高于对照组的92.86%,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=8.275,P<0.05)。结论:孕期体重管理与新生儿体重的相关性密切,通过体重管理可改善新生儿体重情况,值得临床应用。
Objective:To explore the correlation between weight management during pregnancy and newborn weight.Method:A total of 300 pregnant women with weight management during pregnancy from December 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital were selected as the observation group.Another 210 pregnant women who received pregnancy examination in the same period and did not carry out weight management during pregnancy were selected as control group.Two groups of pregnant women were followed up continuously to observe the weight of their newborns after delivery,and to analyze the relationship between the weight management during pregnancy and the weight of the newborns.Result:The weight gain of pregnant women in the observation group was more reasonable,the cesarean section rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(X2=31.878,P<0.05).The weight of the newborn was better than that of the control group,the proportion of the newborn with normal birth weight was 98.00%,which was higher than 92.86%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(X2=8.275,P<0.05).Conclusion:The correlation between weight management during pregnancy and the weight of newborns is close.Weight management can improve the weight of newborns and is worthy of clinical application.
