连接件栓焊结合面动态特性因素仿真分析

摘要 针对对接式栓焊并用连接件进行有限元建模,研究影响栓焊结合面的动态特性影响因素,对螺栓预紧力、螺栓个数等因素进行仿真分析。通过仿真结果得到以上因素对栓焊结合面的影响规律,为栓焊连接件的实际应用提供可靠的理论依据。 The finite element modeling of the butt-type bolted-welded joints was conducted to study the influencing factors affecting the dynamic characteristics of the bolted-welded joints.The bolt pre-tightening force and the number of bolts were simulated and analyzed.Through the simulation results,the influence of the above factors on the bolt weld joint surface is obtained,which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the practical application of the bolt weld joint.
