摘要
目的应用基于物联网的POCT管理系统规范化管理医院便携式血糖仪,建立有效的床旁检测质量管理体系,确保检测结果的准确性。方法 (1)运用项目管理的模式对医院便捷式血糖仪质量管理存在问题进行收集整理,并将从操作者资质考核,样本测试前信息核对,数据传输,质量管理等各个环节的纳入POCT物联网管理系统进行监管并改进。(2)将2015~2017年的POCT管理过程进行总结分析,定期与实验室大型生化仪结果比对,以偏差±20%为界,评价检测结果准确度与精密度。结果 (1)质量管理体系建立前86台POCT-便携式血糖仪,35台出现结果不允许的偏差,结果比对合格率为59.302%。POCT信息化质量系统改进后42台POCT-便携式血糖仪比对合格率95.224%。(2)所有便携式血糖仪实现信息化授权操作监控,各临床使用科室每日严格按规定进行室内质控,质量管理监管数据客观准确。结论 POCT信息化管理系统可以明显改进目前医院在便携式血糖仪管理中普遍存在的分布广难监管、质量管理难等问题,切实有效提高医院POCT管理质量水平。
Objective To standardize the management of hospital portable blood glucose meter by poct management system based on internet of things and establish an effective quality management system for bedside testing to ensure the accuracy of testing results.Methods(1)Using the project management mode to collect and sort out the problems in the quality management of convenient blood glucose meters in hospitals,and from the operator qualification examination,the information check before the sample test,data transmission,quality management and other links into the POCT Internet of things management system for supervision and improvement.(2)The POCT management process from 2015 to 2017 was summarized and the results compared with the results of large-scale biochemical analyzers in the laboratory.The deviation was±20%,and the accuracy and precision of the test results were evaluated.Results(1)Of the 86 POCT-portable blood glucose meters before the establishment of the quality management system,35 sets of deviations were not allowed in the results,the qualified rate of the results was 59.3%.After the improvement of the POCT information quality system,the qualification rate of 42 POCT-portable blood glucose meters was 95.2%.(2)All portable blood glucose meters were authorized by information technology.The clinical departments strictly carried out indoor quality control according to the regulations.Quality management and supervision data were objective and accurate.Conclusion POCT information management system can obviously improve the problems of widespread distribution,difficult supervision,and difficult quality management in the management of portable blood glucose meters in hospitals at present,and effectively improve the quality level of hospital poct management.
