摘要
目的胰岛素泵在糖尿病患者中的应用越来越常见,本研究针对不同并发症的糖尿病患者使用胰岛素泵情况,总结使用胰岛素泵的护理方法。方法选择使用胰岛素泵患者96例,按随机原则分为实验组及对照组,实验组予按护理总结对策针对不同并发症糖尿病患者使用特殊护理方法,观察并对比两组护理效果。结果发现实验组餐前、餐后2h血糖及低血糖发生率均优于对照组,意外事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论对不同并发症的使用胰岛糖尿病患者进行个体化的护理可以使患者更好地控制血糖,降低低血糖发生率及意外事件发生率,对临床使用胰岛素泵的护理有借鉴作用。
Objective With the use of insulin pump in diabetic patients more and more common,for the use of insulin pumps for diabetic patients with different complications,to summarize the nursing method for the use of insulin pump.Methods Ninety-six patients with insulin pump were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the principle of randomization.The experimental group was treated with Special nursing methods for diabetic patients with different complications according to the nursing countermeasures.The nursing effect between the two groups was observed and compared.Results The incidence of 2h blood sugar and hypoglycemia before and after meal in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the incidence of accidents was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The individualized nursing of islet diabetic patients with different complications can make the patients better control blood sugar,reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia and the incidence of accidents,which can be used for reference in the nursing of the clinical use of insulin pump.
