摘要
目的探讨个体化康复护理在住院脑卒中偏瘫患者护理方案的构建及应用效果研究。方法选择80例2016年1~12月在我院治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为两组,干预组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上给予个体化康复护理,比较两组干预前后FM-B评分,ADL以及客观生活质量,主观生活质量。结果两组干预后FM-B较干预前高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组干预后FM-B较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后ADL、客观生活质量、主观生活质量较干预前评分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组干预后ADL、客观生活质量、主观生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化康复护理应用于脑卒中偏瘫患者能够显著改善平衡功能,ADL,主观生活质量以及客观生活质量。
Objective To discuss the effect of individualized rehabilitation nursing in rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 80 stroke patients with hemiplegia from January to December 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into two groups,the intervention group and the control group,each of 40 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group was given individualized rehabilitation nursing based on routine nursing.FM-B,ADL,objective quality of life and subjective quality of life were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,FM-B in the two groups were higher than that before intervention(P<0.05);After intervention,FM-B in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,ADL,objective quality of life and subjective quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05);After intervention,ADL,objective quality of life and subjective quality of life in the intervention group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized rehabilitation nursing in rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia can improve balance function,ADL,objective quality of life and subjective quality of life.
