摘要
目的通过对浙江大学医学院附属第一医院2012—2016年SCI收录论文的统计分析,协助科研管理部门了解医院科研发展现状,为制定相应决策提供参考。方法以SCIE收录浙江大学医学院附属第一医院的科研论文为数据依据,分别从论文的数量、影响因子、刊载期刊、学科分布等方面,对该院2012—2016年发表的科研论文进行统计分析。结果 5年间共收录SCI论文2 322篇,共分布于732种期刊,5分以上论文稳定增长,卓越论文共计829篇。论文数量总体上呈逐年增长趋势,但主要集中在两大国家重点学科传染病和普通外科。结论 2012年以来,SCI论文的数量和质量均有显著的提高,但学科之间发展不均衡。为此应加强学科建设,完善奖励政策,促进论文质量的结构性变化。同时,加强国际交流合作,进一步提升医院的科研水平。
Objective To analyze SCI indexed papers authored by the First Affiliated Hospital,College of Medicine,Zhejiang University from 2012 to 2016,and thus to underatand the status quo of the scientific research and provide references for scientific research department to make corresponding decisions.Methods The SCI papers of the First Affiliated Hospital,College of Medicine,Zhejiang University published in 2012-2016 were searched as the retrieval source,which were analyzed by quantity,impact factor,journal distribution,subject distribution,et al.Results There were 2 322 papers published in SCI-E during the period of 2012-2016.The papers were published in 732 kinds of journals,and 829 of which were outstanding papers,what’s more,papers with impact factor≥5 were kept growing steadily.In general,the number of SCI papers was increasing year by year,which were most focused on two national key disciplines from Infectious Diseases and General Surgery.Conclusion Since 2012,the number and quality of SCI papers have improved significantly,but the development of disciplines has been unbalanced.We need to strengthen the discipline construction,improve the reward policy,and promote the structural change of the quality of the papers.At the same time,enhancing international exchange and cooperation is also necessary to make further improvement on the scientific research level of the hospital.
