钬激光碎石术与体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床效果对比 被引量:1

摘要 目的:比较钬激光碎石术与体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床效果。方法:选取86例输尿管结石患者作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组各43例。研究组行钬激光碎石术,对照组行体外冲击波碎石术。比较两组治疗时间、结石排净率和并发症发生率。结果:研究组治疗时间明显短于对照组,结石排净率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石可缩短治疗时间,提高结石排净率,减少并发症发生率,效果优于体外冲击波碎石术。
