摘要
目的探讨长春西汀注射液对老年腔隙性脑梗死患者微循环和血液流变学的影响。方法研究对象共80例,将所选取的80例腔隙性脑梗死患者分为两组,对照组患者接受的是拜阿司匹林和阿托伐他汀胶囊,治疗组则是在对照组的基础上再给予长春西汀注射液进行治疗,对患者微循环以及血液流变学的变化进行查验。结果在治疗前,治疗组与对照组患者的ESR、CRP差异不具有统计学意义,P>0.05,但在经过治疗之后,治疗组与对照组患者的ESR、CRP差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。在治疗后,治疗组、对照组患者治疗后血液流变学指标均有所改善,但两组差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在老年LI疾病的临床治疗工作中长春西汀注射液具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of vinpocetine injection on microcirculation and hemorheology in elderly patients with lacunar infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients were enrolled in the study.80 patients with LI were selected and divided into two groups.The patients in the control group was given aspirin and atorvastatin capsules.The patients in the treatment group was treated with Vinpocetine Injection on the basis of control group.The changes of microcirculation and hemorheology were examined.Results Before treatment,the difference of ESR and CRP between the treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant,P>0.05,but after treatment,the ESR and CRP of the treatment group and the control group had significant significance,P<0.05.After treatment,the hemorheology indexes of the treatment group and the control group were all improved,but there was a significant difference between the two groups,namely P<0.05.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of LI disease in the elderly,Vinpocetine Injection has a high value of application.
