摘要
雷达天线座的正交精度对雷达的测量精度影响很大。文中首先论述了,为了保证某方位-俯仰型天线座的正交精度,如何控制在装配过程中的几个关键工艺过程;然后介绍了针对该天线座所采用的正交测量原理与方法等方面的内容;最后经过正交测量及计算,证明了该装配工艺能够实现此天线座的高正交精度要求。通过该天线座的装配总结了此类高精度天线座在装配过程中的几个重要工艺控制,为以后高精度天线座的装配打下基础。
Orthogonal precision of a radar antenna pedestal has great impact on measurement accuracy of the radar.Controlling of some key process during assembly to guarantee orthogonal precision of an azimuth-elevation type antenna pedestal is discussed.Orthogonal measurement principle and method for the antenna are introduced.Orthogonal measurement and calculation results show that this assembly process can meet high precision requirement of the antenna pedestal.Controlling of some important process during assembly of the high precision antenna pedestal is summarized,which lays foundation for assembly of high precision antenna pedestal.
