摘要
综合交通一体化是区域协同发展的先行领域和关键抓手。以湘江新区为例,通过湘江新区与其他国家级新区交通发展的对比研究,分析了湘江新区现状交通发展面临的问题,归纳出国家新区交通发展的趋势特征,提出湘江新区是"引领者"而非"跟随者"的发展思路。结合国家区域协同发展战略和长株潭同城融合发展背景,把握湘江新区区域性重大交通设施建设调整机遇,从国家战略的承担者,城镇协同的组织者,城市建设的示范者三个层面解析湘江新区交通发展战略。
Transportation integration is an advanced field and key factor of coordinative regional development.Taking Hunan Xiangjiang New Area as a case,this paper compares the transportation developments between Xiangjiang New Area and other New Areas,analyzes the problem of Xiangjiang New Area,summarizes the trends and characteristics of State-level New Areas transportation development,proposes the development idea of Xiangjiang New Areas as a"leader"rather than a"follower".Based on the State-level regional cooperative development strategy and urbanization of Chang-Zhu-Tan Urban Agglomerations,this paper shall put emphasis on grasping the opportunity of vital regional transport facilities constructions in Xiangjiang New Area,and analyzing comprehensive transportation strategy as the characteristics of the national strategy’s undertaker,the urban coordination’s organizer,and the urban construction’s model.
