摘要
粤港澳大湾区背景下基于产教融合的"校企一体化"协同育人模式,是依托学校和企业的紧密合作,紧贴岗位实际工作过程,着眼于增强专业教学的职业性,联通学业和就业,实现学校人才培养和企业人力资源开发的有机统一,在人才培养标准和质量方面,共同建设课程,共同培养,有效保障人才培养质量,实现校企双赢。
Based on integration of production and education"school enterprise integration"cooperative education mode under the background of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,is relying on the school and enterprise cooperation,close to the actual positions of the work process,focus on the occupation of enhanced professional teaching,Unicom education and employment,to achieve the organic unity of the school personnel training and human resource development,in terms of talent training standards and quality,to build curriculum,co culture,effectively ensure the quality of personnel training,to achieve the win-win result.
