摘要
首先阐述了WRC107公报,WRC297公报及EN13445中的局部应力计算方法的研究使用概况,随着高性能计算机的普及,有限元分析方法的可靠性和优越性在经过大量的模拟实践对比后越来越突显,结合国内研究成果CSCBPV-TD001-2013指导文件和设备强度计算软件SW6,分析探讨该文件方法的先进性和适用性,然后以工程项目实例进行计算和运用,以期对工程设计中压力容器管口局部应力分析的方法选择和合理应用有一定的指导参考价值。
This paper first reviews the research achievements of methods for calculating local stresses in WRC Bulletin 107,WRC Bulletin 297 and EN 13445.The reliability and superiority of finite element analysis methods have become increasingly prominent with the popularity of high-performance computers after a lot of simulations and practices.Based on the domestic research results with the equipment strength calculation software SW6,it has been discussed that the advancement and practicality of the method presented in the guidance document CSCBPV-TD001-2013.Then an engineering project example using this method is given.Overall,the result can provide valuable references for selection and rational application of the local stress analysis methods for pressure vessel nozzle in engineering design.
