摘要
为评估三甲苯草酮与其他除草剂混用的协同效应,室内通过整株生物测定法研究三甲苯草酮、炔草酯、唑啉草酯、啶磺草胺、氟唑磺隆、甲基二磺隆对多花黑麦草、碱茅、硬草、野燕麦的活性,并初步评价了三甲苯草酮与几种麦田禾本科杂草常用除草剂混用的协同作用。结果表明,三甲苯草酮与几种除草剂混用对多花黑麦草均表现出相加作用,对硬草主要表现出拮抗作用。防治碱茅时,三甲苯草酮与炔草酯、唑啉草酯混用表现出相加作用,与啶磺草胺混用表现出拮抗作用,与甲基二磺隆混用,不同剂量下表现出相加或拮抗作用。防治野燕麦时,三甲苯草酮与唑啉草酯混用表现出相加作用,与啶磺草胺、氟唑磺隆混用表现出拮抗作用,与甲基二磺隆混用以拮抗作用为主,与炔草酯混用时,随炔草酯混用剂量变化而表现出拮抗或相加作用。综上,三甲苯草酮与其他除草剂混用时,对不同杂草的协同作用有较大差异,应根据田间草相选择合适的混配除草剂。
In order to evaluate the synergistic effects of tralkoxydim in combination with several herbicides,whole plant bioassay experiments were conducted to investigate herbicidal efficacy of tralkoxydim,clodinafop-propargyl,pinoxaden,pyroxsulam,flucarbazone-Na,mesosulfuron-methyl on Lolium multiflorum Lamk.,Puccinellia distans(L.)Parl.,Sclerochloa dura(L.)Beauv.,Avena fatua L.,and the synergistic effects of tralkoxydim in combination with other herbicides were preliminarily evaluated.The results showed that the synergistic effects of tralkoxydim in combination with other herbicides were additive for controlling L.multiflorum Lamk.,and those were mainly antagonistic for controlling S.dura(L.)Beauv.For controlling P.distans(L.)Parl.,the synergistic effects of tralkoxydim in combination with clodinafop-propargyl,pinoxaden,and pyroxsulam were additive,additive,antagonistic,respectively,while those were additive or antagonistic depending on the doses when tralkoxydim was in combination with mesosulfuron-methyl.For controlling A.fatua L.,the synergistic effects of tralkoxydim in combination with pinoxaden,pyroxsulam,and flucarbazone-Na were additive,antagonistic,antagonistic,respectively,those of tralkoxydim in combination with mesosulfuron-methyl were mainly antagonistic,while those were additive or antagonistic depending on the doses when tralkoxydim was in combination with clodinafop-propargyl.This study indicated that appropriate herbicidal mixture should be designed due to the weeds in fields,since the synergistic effects of tralkoxydim in combination with other herbicides were obviously different on different grass weeds.
