摘要
ZJ118卷接机组在调试和运行的工作过程中,会出现分离轮卡阻和烧坏现象,严重降低产品的整体质量。文中利用PDCA循环理论找到问题点,通过产品的质量控制和管理,解决了ZJ 118型卷接机组分离轮的运行问题,该方法对ZJ 17和ZJ 116等卷接机组的产品设计和结构优化提供了依据。
In the process of debugging and running of ZJ118 cigarette maker,the locking and burning phenomenon of separation wheel may occur,which will seriously reduce the overall quality of the product.This paper uses PDCA cycle theory to find out the problem points.Through quality control and management of products,the running problem of separation wheel in ZJ118 cigarette maker is solved.This method also provides a basis for ZJ17 and ZJ116 cigarette maker’s products design and structural optimization.
