摘要
近年来,在自然演变的背景下,区域日益加剧的人类活动,使得珠江河口水沙动力格局及水生态环境发生一系列演化和响应。该文从珠江河口自然属性和社会属性的视角,分析珠江河口水沙动力格局特征以及当前面临的新情势、新问题,以新发展理念为指引,以构建河口文明为总目标,思考河口治理的总体思路及宏观布局,提出了维护水沙动力格局稳定、完善区域防洪排涝体系、构建区域水资源配置格局、加强河口湾形态保护及生态保育等近期治理对策措施,旨在将珠江河口综合治理推上新台阶。
In recent years,the dynamic factors of the Pearl River and water ecological environment evolve as the development of human activities.In the perspectives of the river s natural and social attribute,this paper analyzes the dynamic characteristics of flow and sediment,and what new situation it faces.Guided by new development idea and the general objective for constructing Pearl River Estuary Civilization,some measures are proposed,such as maintain the stable pattern of flow and sediment,improve the flood control and drainage system,construct the water resources allocation mode,strengthen the form conservation and ecological protection estuary.
