摘要
目前我国制造行业对工业机器人才的需求与高职院校人才培养现状之间存在不平衡不匹配的矛盾。在智能制造技术快速发展的今天,高职院校应当改变落后的培养模式,增设相应的工业机器人专业,建立工业机器人实践基地及校企合作项目,不断的优化教学方法和人才培养方案,以满足当今我国智能制造行业快速发展的需求。
At present there is an unbalanced and unmatched contradiction between the demands for industrial robots in China’s manufacturing industry and the current situation of talent cultivation in higher vocational institutes.In the current rapid development of intelligent manufacturing technology,higher vocational institutes should change the backward training mode,increase the corresponding industrial robot professional,establish industrial robot practice bases and school-enterprise cooperation projects,and constantly optimize the teaching methods and talent training program to meet the need for rapid development of intelligent manufacturing in China.
